Very firendly owner. Good cars can absolutely recommand to anyone wanting to rent in Crete! Very attractive price too. Pick-up was perfect with everything explained clearly. I rented a Seat Leon and I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the car. The owner was very kind and professional, and he kept his word and respected our agreement completely. Decidimos reservar con esta empresa familiar tras leer buenas opiniones. Es una agencia local, más pequeña y menos conocida que las grandes multinacionales. Cumplieron con lo prometido, pero hay que tener muy claro lo que se contrata: es ideal si buscas algo económico para moverte sin miedo a los roces, pero no esperes un vehículo moderno ni cómodo.

Puntos a favor:

Precio y condiciones imbatibles: Son más económicos que la competencia, incluyen seguro a todo riesgo real y no te exigen dejar fianza ni depósito.

Atención y amabilidad: El personal es muy amable, responde rápido a las llamadas y el trato es de total confianza y 0 problemas.

Logística clara: Te recogen en el aeropuerto de Chania en furgoneta para hacer el papeleo en su oficina. Solo trasladan al conductor (para optimizar espacio en el vehículo), quien luego recoge al resto del grupo en la terminal. Al devolverlo el proceso es idéntico.

Puntos a mejorar / A tener en cuenta:

Coches muy antiguos y poco equipados: Nos entregaron un Toyota Aygo de 5 puertas con más de 15 años y un maletero en el que la maleta cabía a presión. El coche no estaba del todo limpio, venía con polvo y no tenía ni los mínimos actuales (sin Bluetooth para música ni soporte para el móvil; tan solo cargaba la batería con apuros). Entiendes el porqué del seguro a todo riesgo sin fianza cuando ves el estado del vehículo.

Limitaciones del seguro: Avísan con antelación de que en varias zonas de la isla (como el camino a Balos) el seguro no cubre ningún daño. Si vas, es bajo tu absoluta responsabilidad. En nuestro caso, consideramos que es mucho mejor contratar la excursión en barco a Balos y ahorrarte problemas.

Conclusión:
Nos llevó por toda la isla durante 13 días sin averías, pero la experiencia fue muy justa. Si solo buscas un medio de transporte barato para darle "tute" y aparcar sin preocupaciones, cumple su función. Si valoras la comodidad, el espacio o conducir un coche moderno, se queda bastante corto.
